Do I need to separate my white, colored, and delicate laundry items?

👉No. We'll sort everything out before it's washed. We even do our best to sort your laundry by family members before we pack.

Do I need to separate my dry cleaning/dress shirts from my wash & fold laundry?

👉Yes.Please put these in separate bags: “Wash & Fold” in one bag, “Dry Cleaning/Dress Shirts” together in another bag.

I like unscented detergent and light starch. Will you record my preferences?

👉Yes, of course. When you place your first order it's easy to tell us your preferences (wash & fold, dry cleaning, dress shirts, pickup/delivery). We'll remember them unless you change them later.

How much will my wash & fold laundry weigh?

👉Wash & fold is charged by the pound (weighed clean and dry). Typical examples:

  • 10 pounds: 2 jeans, 2 long-sleeve shirts, 5 t-shirts, 1 sweater/sweatshirt, 7 undergarments, 7 socks, 1 towel, 1 sheet set
  • 20 pounds: 4 jeans, 1 shorts, 4 long-sleeve shirts, 10 t-shirts, 3 sweaters/sweatshirts, 14 undergarments, 14 socks, 3 towels, 1 sheet set
  • 40 pounds: 8 jeans, 2 shorts, 8 long-sleeve shirts, 20 t-shirts, 4 sweaters/sweatshirts, 28 undergarments, 28 socks, 6 towels, 2 sheet sets, 1 small throw rug

Your items may vary; most customers get a good feel after their first order.

Do you have gender-neutral pricing?

👉Pricing is based on garment construction and care method — not gender. Some items require hand ironing regardless of whether they’re men’s or women’s. We apply the same standards for all.

Is there a minimum charge?

👉Yes. Minimums help us launder efficiently:

  • Wash & Fold: 20 lb minimum for delivery; $22.00 minimum for drop-off
  • Dry cleaning / shirts (delivery): $38.00 minimum (waived if combined with wash & fold delivery)

Please bag dry cleaning/shirts separately from wash & fold.

What days do you pick up & deliver?

👉Monday through Saturday.

What time do you pick up and deliver?

👉We will arrange picking up at your convenience.

I’m traveling and need items back before I leave. Is that okay?

👉Usually yes, but to be safe, schedule your pickup so delivery is at least a day early in case stain treatment or other delays are needed.

Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?

👉No. Most customers leave items near the front door or a designated safe spot. Provide a gate code if needed. We’ll return laundry to the same location unless instructed otherwise.

Do you pick up and deliver on holidays?

👉We observe New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your date falls on one of these, we’ll service the next business day.

How do I cancel a scheduled pickup?

👉Before the 10:00 AM cutoff, call (415) 377-1162 or cancel online.

What can I do with the hangers and plastic bags?

👉Please send them back with your next pickup — we recycle and reuse them.

What are my payment options?

👉We accept major credit cards as well as Venmo, Zelle and Square payment.
